The residence was clean, had the essential needs of a week’s stay, and is close to the highway. You are about 2 miles from downtown, where there is really good food (highly recommend the Buttered Biscuit). There is a very friendly, large dog park a half mile away. It has a privacy fenced yard that was adequate for a your furry friends. I would stay there again when back in town.

One of our favorite Airbnb’s ever! Such a cute and cozy place with plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed a weekend with our adult kids and some of their friends, kayaking, fishing, playing games, and cooking. We didn’t leave the house all weekend and we wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This was a perfect get away for us. The house was just as described and photographed. It was very tidy and clean. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. When we had difficulty with the smart tv connection, Amy helped us promptly and kept helping until it was resolved. Our little dog loved being able to go out the back door to a fenced in back yard. We would gladly return to this little house. Bentonville is a beautiful little city with so many cool things to see.

What a lovely lakeside getaway! It ended up raining during our visit so we did not get to take advantage of the provided kayaks or fire pit, but the house was a very cozy and fun place to stay during the stormy weather. Beautiful view of the lake from the two decks and living rooms, and a short (but fairly steep) walk right down to the edge of the lake. The driveway was very short and steep, so be prepared for that as there is no street parking. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, and the place felt very private despite opening right up to the lake and being just a short drive from everything in Rogers. I hope to bring a group of friends to stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family! Small, but spacious and well laid out. Well stocked kitchen and coffee. Access to the garage for bike storage. Comfortable beds. And RIGHT NEXT TO THE TRAIL! Very responsive hosts and nicely updated home.

Great location for a visit to Crystal Bridges, and to downtown. If you are a biker - WOW! Very clean, easy to find, easy entry, quiet, uncluttered, has everything you need for a quick breakfast and off you go!

Me and my friends loved this air bnb!! It was so cozy and comfortable, we had a great stay! The hosts are amazing people. The beds were super comfortable and overall it was just a great experience. We would definitely stay here again if we came back.

They were amazing by accommodated us (including our fur baby) late one evening when we needed a place to crash for a night during home renovations. The place was very nice, clean, well stocked, and comfy. If you're coming to the area for fun, this place is in the perfect location as it's right next to Crystal Bridges, downtown Bentonville, and all the biking trails.

Our family of 15 went on a trip to celebrate my birthday. We had a great time. Location is very close to Beaver Lake trails and many other places. Although, the house makes it seem like you are far away from everything. Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful scenery right on the water. We would wake up to deers every morning. The house itself is beautiful, looks newly renovated. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms conveniently for everyone. The ladies enjoyed the hot tub, kiddos the pickleball court along with the game room inside, and us guys loved just relaxing by the fire and the kayaks.
Would definitely stay here again!
