We had a wonderful stay, the place has everything needed for a great vacation. My puppy had a great time, very pet friendly, they even had bowls for dogs. It is located in a great neighborhood, quiet but close to everything. Great place to stay, would definitely recommend to anyone! Great host, very communicative and responsive, but we did not need anything as the house already did!

We only stayed one night here but it was fantastic! Gorgeous location, the house was immaculate. We really loved having the garage available to use since my buddies and I were all on motorcycles. I can’t say enough good things about this house. Thank you for the great stay!!

We absolutely loved this home and will be coming back again to stay! My family instantly felt right at home & hosts were responsive and even suggested places to explore & eat.
The beds were comfy & had plenty of towels in the bathrooms & wood for the fire pit outside, home was a short walking distance to the lake, & we all enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets from the porch or from the lake shore. There are arcade games and a basketball game in the lower level, our family really enjoyed those as well, especially our lil man!
It was so peaceful & quiet, & would be the perfect place for a lil retreat or to just relax & unwind. The next time we come to stay here we plan to be there an extra few days! We look forward to coming back soon! Thanks for the wonderful vacation😊

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and comfortable 3B/2B home in Bentonville! The kitchen was very well stocked, making it easy to cook meals during our trip. We also appreciated that the essentials were all provided—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, and even laundry soap. The house was clean, cozy, and perfect for our needs. The host was responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I loved this stay! It was clean, comfortable and just made sense. This cute listing, even as a pet friendly Airbnb, was clean with no evidence of prior fur babies. I booked this location petless and didn't regret it. I prefer to cook most of my meals and the kitchen was spotless, organized and well equipped.
This was a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. Thank you for allowing me to control sleep temperature which also allowed me to adjust it appropriately while i was away. The living area was comfortable and the dining area was pleasantly located between the outdoor balcony and sitting area.
This location is perfect for the physically active yet offered so much to see while taking a drive. On my way to a trail, I saw at least 20 dear within 20 feet of me. WOW! Nice way to start a hike. One morning, I took a walk to Chrystal Bridges Museum and the previous eve, walked to the Sam Walton 5 and dime Walkart Museum in downtown Bentonville. A rebook!!

Tyler’s place was perfect for us and our two dogs. The house was clean and cozy, nice size bedrooms, loved the bathroom and the kitchen, made you feel right at home!! The backyard was big and worked well for the dogs. We also enjoyed sitting out back and wished it was a little cooler so we could use the nice fire pit. This spot was right next to some nice walking/biking trails that led you to the museum and the Bentonville square. Great location. I will for sure be back.

This place is in the best spot! Close to everything but it’s also a very comfortable space to stay. Small yet didn’t feel small, felt just right. Perfect back yard setting. I will absolutely stay here again and I’m looking forward to it!

Great home to visit Bentonville. Huge garage to store bikes and other adventure gear. Host was super responsive and helpful. You can easily walk to the quaint downtown. Dollar General and Walmart are nearby for supplies. Ideal location.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend away with our family! It was so peaceful and we loved having coffee and meals out on the deck! We used the kayaks each day and enjoyed the easy access to the water. There was tons of space inside the house and everything we needed for a great escape for the weekend!!

This is a great place to stay. The house is practically on the bike trails. It is also a short walk to the art museum. It has a fenced in back yard that is perfect for letting your dog run around.
