Check it out! 5 STAR Location! Direct Trail access. Paved and single track. Our super cute cottage style home offers direct access to the Crystal Bridges Museum trail head next door(Slaughterpen System and greenway). The trail leads to the Crystal Bridges Museum and passes by the deck overlooking the museum. This same paved trail also leads to Compton gardens and the square allowing our visitors to access all Bentonville has to offer without touching a street. We rent across the street also.

**** Covid19 Cleaning update**** We use a commercial grade disinfectant called Concrobium. With Concrobium Broad Spectrum Disinfectant II, pros can count on an EPA-registered bactericide, virucide, tuberculocide and fungicide that contains no harmful chemicals. All surfaces are treated after every stay for your safety! This house backs up to the Crystal Bridges Trail. We have a king sized bed in the master and a twin over full in the 2nd bedroom. The house features 1 full baths, full washer/dryer, coffee maker, incidental toiletries, back patio with a large fenced yard and a full kitchen set up for cooking. This space has wifi and smart TV. We use a resortlock system that will email you an access code for your stay, if you do not get this email please let us know. If this listing is booked...we have two more!! This was a perfect get away for us. The house was just as described and photographed. It was very tidy and clean. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. When we had difficulty with the smart tv connection, Amy helped us promptly and kept helping until it was resolved. Our little dog loved being able to go out the back door to a fenced in back yard. We would gladly return to this little house. Bentonville is a beautiful little city with so many cool things to see.

They were amazing by accommodated us (including our fur baby) late one evening when we needed a place to crash for a night during home renovations. The place was very nice, clean, well stocked, and comfy. If you're coming to the area for fun, this place is in the perfect location as it's right next to Crystal Bridges, downtown Bentonville, and all the biking trails.

Great stay and great hosts! It was very close to our event and downtown Bentonville, which made things very easy. I was supposed to be sharing the space with someone else so I could afford it, but they ditched last minute. Obviously not the hosts fault, but we had more space than we needed. :) Loved the garage which made things easy for loading and unloading with a little furry friend around. Amy was so sweet and understanding when I was running behind after trying to get the vacuum to work. Definitely recommend!!
