Check it out! 5 STAR Location! Direct Trail access. Paved and single track. Our super cute cottage style home offers direct access to the Crystal Bridges Museum trail head next door(Slaughterpen System and greenway). The trail leads to the Crystal Bridges Museum and passes by the deck overlooking the museum. This same paved trail also leads to Compton gardens and the square allowing our visitors to access all Bentonville has to offer without touching a street. We rent across the street also.

**** Covid19 Cleaning update**** We use a commercial grade disinfectant called Concrobium. With Concrobium Broad Spectrum Disinfectant II, pros can count on an EPA-registered bactericide, virucide, tuberculocide and fungicide that contains no harmful chemicals. All surfaces are treated after every stay for your safety! This house backs up to the Crystal Bridges Trail. We have a king sized bed in the master and a twin over full in the 2nd bedroom. The house features 1 full baths, full washer/dryer, coffee maker, incidental toiletries, back patio with a large fenced yard and a full kitchen set up for cooking. This space has wifi and smart TV. We use a resortlock system that will email you an access code for your stay, if you do not get this email please let us know. If this listing is booked...we have two more!! My husband and I went for a weekend to ride the trails. The house sits just at the trail entrance. It is clean and very peaceful. We enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again and again when visiting.

Trail head was very close! Bike Ride to town also very close. House was Clean and just right for the stay. Garage was nice safe place to keep bikes and had an outlet for charging for the night. We would stay there again for sure! Add some nice landscaping and make the backyard a nicer place to hang and you would have an amazing place for biking in Bentonville. Add a Hot Tub for the Fall, Winter, and Spring. Add a pool for Summer and this place would be the best rental overall for a great year-round retreat in Bentonville. Hope to make another trip this fall.

Tyler’s place was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. It is close to trails, Crystal Springs Bridge, scenic areas and is also close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This was our second time staying at this house and the updates made to the home were great. It's one house away from the trail entrance which is amazing. Backyard is big and they added a fire pit area with chairs. We wish we stayed longer this trip. House and location are great!

This was such a cute little place to stay. Love how close it is to crystal bridges and bentonville square. Great backyard. Comfortable amenities in the house. Comfy pillows! Wish I had a chance to ride the ebikes in the garage. I'd book here again.

Very cute little cottage, in a fantastic location. The Jack Rabbit E-bikes were just the thing for the trails. Thoroughly enjoyed that they were right in the garage. This is definitely your 1 stop getaway, everything is within walking distance including the museum (which is free).

The place is great! Lives pretty big, it's really clean and has an awesome fire pit in a big fenced in backyard. If you're looking to explore the trails in and around Bentonville this place is amazing cuz it's literally 50' from the connecting trail to town and to the slaughter house trail system! Had a great stay! Cheers.

Wonderful location: super close to downtown Bentonville & just around the corner from Crystal Bridges & Slaughter Pen trails! We enjoyed the private backyard with plenty of space for our dog to roam. Their home was extremely clean and exactly like the pics. Perfect stay for our weekend getaway!

Great house! We wanted to check out Bentonville and spent a few days biking and visiting local sights. The house is right next to the main trails and walkable to downtown. House was clean, comfortable, and as described. Quiet also. Nice backyard for our small dog plus some great chairs to sit in. Overall, we’d stay again when in the area!
