**No events. Birthday parties, Reunions etc where more than the amount of people on the booking show up is an event and you will be asked to leave.
**No pets on Furniture and guests "must" use the provided vac to clean up after heavy shedders or face potential $100 cleaning charge. We maintain no pet fee, but require guest to make sure your pet's impact is minimal. Cleaning fee is for humans, not pets/hair. Please raise or move blinds if your pet will ruin them. If you are worried you cannot clean up behind your pet then please, respectfully, choose another host.
**To make the property more conducive to smaller groups we have based the cleaning fee on 4 guests. There is a small nightly charge per additional guests to cover the additional cleaning. Please use accurate guest count, falsifying this will result in cancellation.
**Smart TVs are provided for signing in to "your" own accounts. No accounts provided.
**Limited support available for connecting your devices and/or working the smart TV. By accepting the rules you acknowledge that you can work a smart TV and your own electronics.
** Host communicates 99% via Airbnb app so that the host and co-host can help manage your stay. Our big family and pup loved our stay. There was plenty of room for all eight of our kids, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, coffee cups, and dinnerware we needed. The driveway was indeed steep and short like other reviews mentioned, but we had no problem parking our large 12 passenger Sprinter van in the driveway without it sticking out in the road. Just had to make sure the parking brake was engaged. 😅 The view of the lake was beautiful. Great stay overall!

Really great place to get stay. Comfortable and homey.. kids loved everything about it, from the bunkbed to the game room and the walk down to the lake.. it’s too bad it was too cold to use the kayaks. Definitely will visit again during the summer time!

A wonderful place for a group trip. Felt like one night is not enough. The house was clean and well arranged. Loved the kitchen. Had all the supplies that we needed. The surroundings were beautiful! Really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.

The house had a beautiful view of the lake. The fenced in yard was perfect for our doodle. She was able to run and enjoy being outside in the yard. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake with the kayaks. The house was very comfortable for a relaxing time at the lake. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Host was easy to communicate with.

Potentially you can get an Uber from here, but mostly you will drive. This is a great neighborhood for running as it is quite with a lot of elevation change.
