Birthday parties, Reunions etc where more than the amount of people on the booking show up is an event and you will be asked to leave. **No pets on Furniture and guests "must" use the provided vac to clean up after heavy shedders or face potential $100 cleaning charge. We maintain no pet fee, but require guest to make sure your pet's impact is minimal. Cleaning fee is for humans, not pets/hair. Please raise or move blinds if your pet will ruin them. If you are worried you cannot clean up behind your pet then please, respectfully, choose another host. **To make the property more conducive to smaller groups we have based the cleaning fee on 4 guests. There is a small nightly charge per additional guests to cover the additional cleaning. Please use accurate guest count, falsifying this will result in cancellation. **Smart TVs are provided for signing in to "your" own accounts. No accounts provided. **Limited support available for connecting your devices and/or working the smart TV. By accepting the rules you acknowledge that you can work a smart TV and your own electronics. ** Host communicates 99% via Airbnb app so that the host and co-host can help manage your stay. We have 8 properties so this also alleviates confusion as it relates to which property you are staying at. *** For safety Access codes and address will NOT be given out other than via the AirBNB app/Messenger. **This property CANNOT be booked for others. Great place—just like the photos. Kitchen was SUPER well stocked with utensils, dinnerware, cookware, etc., everything we needed to cook various meals. This is not a negative, but something to BE AWARE of: the house is on a hillside by a lake, so the driveway is super steep and pretty narrow. If you have a single vehicle or small vehicles, this shouldn’t be a problem. But if you have more than 2 vehicles, you really need to inspect the parking situation. We were able to park two GMC 2500s side by side in the driveway with very skilled parking and having to climb out of each vehicle through one side because it was so tight. It’s doable. The 2-car garage is pretty much empty. So you could park small cars in there and then also park in the driveway.

This is a great place to go with your family. The teenagers had a blast having their own space down stairs. I would love to go back and spend more time in the outdoor spaces next time. Absolutely a beautiful home and location. The host was great too!

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and incredibly helpful! The view from both decks was spectacular! Plenty of space to spread out, yet still feel connected. The sofas were incredibly comfortable! The entire house, including the kitchen, was stocked with everything and anything you might need. Kayaks and basement games were a fun bonus! Garage parking was a huge plus! Yes the driveway is sloped, but for the area it's really not bad at all! Our SUV and Mustang both had no problem getting in and out of the garage. Look forward to booking again in the future!

Great stay with family, large well-supplied kitchen, very clean, huge deck with great view of the lake during the winter while the leaves are off the trees. Fun games downstairs in the "kids space." Highly recommend!

The best family vacation experience we have ever had. Every aspect of this home and the host was perfect. Every morning and evening, the view from BOTH balconies is fantastic. Helping you never forget the beauty that surrounds you. We took our small children down to the lake multiple times (very accessible) and even used the provided kayaks! The host was gracious and extremely friendly! The home was spotless and my kids played the arcade games every day! Fantastic restaurants are close by as well as interesting parks and little shops! We were so impressed that we are already planning a trip back! 10 of 10, would recommend . (We may have even dreamed of living here because it was so incredible! 😂)

We stayed here for the club executive retreat and it was the perfect place for our group. The house was a great size for 11 people and had plenty of space for everyone to hang out together! The home was very clean. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made everything stress free. I would definitely come back to this place next year!

Potentially you can get an Uber from here, but mostly you will drive. This is a great neighborhood for running as it is quite with a lot of elevation change.
