Just off John Deshields parkway you can ride to Crystal Bridges and the Bentonville Square on the Greenway and Sidewalks once out of this single entrance neighborhood. Small subdivision with one way in and out. Good size fully fenced back yard and pet friendly(Keep pets off furniture please). Extremely close to the memorial park baseball and soccer complexes for super close access for tournaments. This house is a great option for seeing Bentonville, Crystal Bridges and Biking.

The residence was clean, had the essential needs of a week’s stay, and is close to the highway. You are about 2 miles from downtown, where there is really good food (highly recommend the Buttered Biscuit). There is a very friendly, large dog park a half mile away. It has a privacy fenced yard that was adequate for a your furry friends. I would stay there again when back in town.

Me and my friends loved this air bnb!! It was so cozy and comfortable, we had a great stay! The hosts are amazing people. The beds were super comfortable and overall it was just a great experience. We would definitely stay here again if we came back.

Perfect for what we needed! Great size home, peaceful neighborhood, and not very far from Rogers Amp if you’re looking for a concert rental! Hosts provided very clear instructions and made check-in very easy as well!

simple house, 3 bedrooms with a great eating area and comfortable living area. the backyard was great for my dog who loves to watch squirrels. we also liked being so close to the interstate to make a quick jump to the other side of town.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and comfortable 3B/2B home in Bentonville! The kitchen was very well stocked, making it easy to cook meals during our trip. We also appreciated that the essentials were all provided—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, and even laundry soap. The house was clean, cozy, and perfect for our needs. The host was responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
